Sales & marketing teams are the face of the company. They talk to potential and existing customers day in and day out. This also means learning about their problems, knowing how Engag3d can solve them and make a difference in their lives.
This Position
You need to be a driven individuals who can manage client accounts. This is a great opportunity to learn. In this role there is significant potential for growth. You will be responsible for ensuring clients are always kept informed and their issues are dealt with in a timely manner. You will get the opportunity to take on responsibilities that would take a while to reach in established organisations.

You will be the main contact person at Engag3d for your accounts in which you will be responsible for handle all client related matters that need to be resolved immediately.

You will be in charge of all client issues including business development, coordinating product demos, discussions, negotiation, sales, onboarding new clients and ensuring tickets are followed up upon with the engineering team in a timely manner.

You must communicate with your clients on a weekly/daily/hourly basis to ensure they are aware of how we are handling any reported issues they have reported to us.

You must work closely with the Marketing team when handling client issues.
